Our process.

Our service delivery process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and efficient. Here’s how it works:

01 Initial enquiry

Submit an import enquiry through our website or contact us directly.

02 Evaluation of request

We will assess if we can import your product and get back to you within 24 hours. If we accept the request, a once-off quotation fee of R750.00 will be payable.

03 Our team gets to work

We source the required product and contact suppliers to obtain the best prices. We narrow down the options to three suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness.

04 Cost calculation

Within 5 business days, our team will provide you with multiple quotations from various suppliers, and alternatives for your product. The quotation will cover all import-related and delivery costs, including our 7.5% commission fee.

05 Proposal formulation

We prepare a mini proposal that includes photos and specifications of the products, along with the detailed quote and cost calculation. The detailed quote is valid for 48 hours.

06 Order approval

Upon approval of the quote, we proceed with the order. Clients need to pay 100% upfront to confirm the order.

07 Order updates

We provide weekly updates on the progress of the order, keeping the client informed at every stage.

08 Delivery

Once the products have arrived and cleared customs, we arrange for final delivery to your location, ensuring all logistics and administrative tasks are handled seamlessly.
